Local SEO & site architecture
Seventeen services. Ten cities. A reason for every page.
Sorouh Eastern Contracting needed a digital presence in Saudi Arabia’s Eastern Province. I researched local demand, defined the content structure and directed AI agents to build the website, technical SEO and measurement, creating an asset the company could develop for organic acquisition.
Services × cities. Then a decision about each page.
Indexable pages across the complete site, including the selected local pages.

The first task was to map commercially relevant demand
The company started without a website, tracking or an organized digital presence.
I studied its services and coverage, then researched hundreds of service-and-location combinations using Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, competitor research and live search results.
I assessed intent, commercial relevance, local specificity and the opportunity to create useful, distinct content. Those judgments shaped what the site would contain.
I selected 16 local service pages from 170 possible combinations
Seventeen services across ten cities could produce 170 service-and-city pages. I built 16, where demand, intent and content justified a dedicated page.
The wider site contained seventy-one indexable pages:
| Page type | Count | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Core services | 17 | Explain the offer and address relevant commercial searches |
| Locations | 10 | Establish local coverage and service availability |
| Service and city | 16 | Answer specific local demand that warranted its own page |
| Projects | 11 | Show the company’s delivery experience |
| Articles | 10 | Answer questions during research and consideration |
| Supporting and index pages | 7 | Organize discovery and navigation |
Each keyword group with a shared intent had a designated page. I created a keyword ownership registry to make that relationship explicit and help prevent pages competing for the same searches.
The Dammam building-contractor page shows the approach in practice: a specific service, a local context and a clear route to call or WhatsApp.

I translated the research into page, content and measurement requirements, then directed AI agents through implementation with Astro, TypeScript, Sanity and Cloudflare. I defined the architecture, guided execution, reviewed the output and connected the work to checks before publication.
Delivery included crawlable HTML, canonicals, sitemaps, structured data, internal links, redirects, image optimization, indexability controls and Arabic right-to-left handling.
I also developed automated checks for titles, descriptions, H1s, links, orphan pages, schema, sitemaps and redirects, alongside mobile and desktop rendering and accessibility. These checks brought quality review into the process before changes reached production.

I configured Search Console, GA4, Google Tag Manager and Bing Webmaster Tools, with Ahrefs and Microsoft Clarity supporting analysis.
A shared contact_click event recorded the contact method, CTA placement and landing page, and was connected to GA4 Key Events.
That gave the company a way to assess which pages prompted contact, alongside their search visibility and clicks.
A delivered site, with its first search activity
From August 14–September 4, 2026, Search Console recorded 26 impressions and 7 organic clicks.

The central decision was what to build. Giving each page a commercial purpose brought research, content and implementation into the same plan, with a structure the company could continue developing.
